Lemon Sorbet and Prosecco
Ingredients:
Your favorite brand lemon sorbet {I like Trader Joe's}
Martini & Rossi Prosecco
Directions: {This is really hard, pay attention}
- Fill a dessert bowl with scooped lemon sorbet.
- Top sorbet with 1/4 to 1/2 cup Prosecco - to your personal taste. {I happen to like the lemon flavored "juice" left behind a lot.}
- Eat and be happy.
The perfect Mother's Day dessert. Quick, easy, minimal effort, booze, and your loving family can do the dishes. ;)
