Hot Wing Dip

It seems like everyone and their mom has some sort of Hot Wing or Buffalo Chicken Dip.  Well, this is my mom's Hot Wing Dip.  She made it for Thing 1's first birthday and I couldn't stop eating it!  Yummm...with 3 m's.  {brownie points if you know what movie that's from}

The past two days all I've seen is people talking about their 2012 resolutions or organization-to-be conquests and things of that sort.  I haven't even bothered thinking about resolutions or an Operation 2012 goal, until yesterday.  I'm not sharing yet, but soon, very soon.

On a funner note {that's right, I said funner}, I'm doing the 365 Project this year.  Still no super fancy camera yet, but I'm excited to push myself to take a picture everyday.  If you want to check things out, there's a button on the sidebar that will take you to my album.

Ok.  Super addicting, super easy hot wing dip.  Try not to eat the whole pan yourself.  And we like our dip with Wheat Thins the best.  :)

Mom's Hot Wing Dip

Ingredients:
3 - 10oz cans chicken breast
5oz Frank's Hot Sauce
10oz bleu cheese dressing
10oz cream cheese
1 cup shredded jack cheese

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt together cream cheese and bleu cheese.  Stir occasionally until smooth.
  3. Drain chicken and place in a large bowl.  Use a fork to shred the chicken some.  Mix in hot sauce and stir to combine.
  4. Spread out chicken in the bottom of an 11" x 9" baking dish.  Top chicken with cream cheese mixture and spread evenly.  Sprinkle shredded jack cheese over top of dip.  Bake for 35-45 minutes, until top is golden and bubbly.
