Brownie PB Cup Bites

My aunt made these and brought them over to my mom's house for Christmas.  When I saw them I though they were unassuming brownies with M&M's on top.  I was wrong.  These brownie bites have a peanut butter cup hiding in them.  Who's a happy girl?  ME!!

Brownie PB Cup Bites

Ingredients:

1 box brownie mix + brownie mix package ingredients

Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, unwrapped

Mini M&M's

Directions:

1. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions.  Pour brownie batter into a prepared mini muffin tin, filling each cup about 1/2 full.  Press one peanut butter cup into the center of each muffin cup. 
2. Bake brownies in a preheated oven according to brownie package directions.
3. Once brownies are removed from oven, immediately sprinkle the tops of each brownie with mini M&M's.  Allow brownies to cool completely and then remove from muffin pan.
